Cockpit, Chat and Workplace in one window, showing the same live pages as MaxiMind on the web.
What it is
The MaxiMind desktop app puts Cockpit, Chat and Workplace in one window on your Mac. It shows the same live pages as the web, with only the pages your signed-in account may use. Sign in once with your MaxiMind Google account; the app keeps your session.

First start
- Open the downloaded disk image and drag MaxiMind to Applications.
- Open MaxiMind and sign in with Google in your browser. When sign-in finishes, it brings you back to the app.
- Allow microphone access once if you want to speak. Allow notifications to receive alerts on your Mac (owner account: replies, "Chờ anh" and "Chờ người").

Accounts awaiting approval cannot sign in to the app. Suspended accounts cannot use it.
Updates
Updates download automatically from a signed feed. A ready update installs when you quit, or click Cập nhật (Update) at the bottom of the left bar to restart into it straight away. The app menu also has Kiểm tra cập nhật… (Check for updates).
Start at login
Click the MaxiMind icon in the menu bar (or the MaxiMind app menu) and tick Mở cùng máy Mac (Start at login). The menu-bar icon also shows how many items are waiting for you.
Links
Open a page in the app with maximind://open/cockpit, maximind://open/chat or maximind://open/workplace. An artifact link uses maximind://a/<id>. Your account's access still applies.
Trouble
- Offline: the app shows an offline screen. It retries by itself; you can also click Thử lại ngay (Retry now) or Mở trong trình duyệt (Open in browser).
- Sign-in expired: sign in with Google again.
- Remove the app: quit MaxiMind, then drag it from Applications to Trash.
